KCM Playbooks are ready-to-use outreach campaigns built to help agents consistently spark real conversations with their database. Each one includes a step-by-step plan with plug-and-play emails, texts, call scripts, and social posts you can use in just 5–10 minutes a day. New Playbooks are released every other week to keep your messaging fresh and relevant.
Playbook Dashboard
First, access your Playbooks from the left-hand navigation menu. This will open your Playbooks Dashboard.
- At the top, you’ll see a quick snapshot of any actions that are currently due, as well as the Playbooks you are currently working through.
- Click into your “Actions Due” or “Active Playbooks” to take your next steps!
- Additional Playbooks will be at the bottom of the page.
If you have not yet set up your profile, set this up first by clicking here. This is to ensure your Blog is properly branded with your information before sending your email.
Choose Your Playbook
You’ll find all of the available Playbooks at the bottom of the page. Note that if you are currently working through a Playbook, information on the status of that Playbook will be at the top of the page. You’ll also see the Playbook noted as “In Progress.”
Once you’ve opened a Playbook, you’ll find an overview of the Playbook at the top of the page, including who the target audience is, and a short video on the Playbook topic.
Below you’ll see the sequence of activities for the Playbook and any completed steps.

Follow the Sequence
Your Playbook is designed to be completed over a 10-day period. You’ll see the sequence of Playbook steps is outlined in order on this page. The Due Date will be listed below each Step. For example, you’ll see “Due Today” or “Due in 3 days.” This will help you plan out when to complete the steps throughout the Playbook.
When the next step is ready, click the “Take Action" button on the right-hand side. This will open to the action of the day. Once you’ve completed the Action, be sure to select “Complete” on the right-hand side to keep your Playbook progress on track! (Note: You can also select “Skip” on any step)
- Send Email

- This will open an email template that you will copy and paste into your CRM to send directly to your clients.

- Click the “Copy Template” button in the top right corner. Then choose Copy Formatted or Copy Plain Text.

- Copy Formatted will include the bolded text, bullet points, and hyperlinks.

- Copy Plain Text will not include any formatting like bold text, bullets, or hyperlinks.
The Subject Line will not paste over, but this can be manually copied and pasted into your email. Also, remember to edit the Name field as needed before sending!
- Share Graphic

- This will open the Social Graphic to share on your social media platforms. You’ll see the share button on the right-hand side of the graphic, where you can choose the social media platform where you’d like to share.
Tip: Use the “Add caption and hashtags” option to populate the pre-written caption and hashtags for the graphic before sharing.
- Record and Share a RealTalk Video

- Use the pre-written script to record in RealTalk using the teleprompter and customization settings to make the video your own. After recording, you can easily share on your social media platforms to engage your audience.

- Tip: Edit the script before recording to make it even more specific to you and your audience!

- Text Script

- Use the copy buttons to copy the text script and paste it into a text to send as a follow-up to your earlier outreach.
- Call and Voicemail Notes

- Use these scripts to follow up after sending your emails earlier in the week. This will provide you with a script to use whether you are reaching your clients live on the phone or leaving a voicemail message.
Reminder! Mark your steps as “Complete” as you go so you always know where you are in your Playbook, and what steps are next.
Once you’ve completed a Playbook, you can select your next Playbook to start from the bottom of the Playbooks home page.
