KCM’s integration with Follow-Up Boss (FUB) allows you to connect your Follow Up Boss account to make it easier than ever to email your KCM content. Once you set up your integration, you’ll find buttons to easily send your Email Builder Templates and Playbook emails to your Follow-Up Boss account in one click, or use your Playbooks as an Action Plan.
This integration is available to Expert and Elite Membership Plans.
Integration
To set up your integration, navigate to My Account in the top-right corner and choose “Integrations.”

- Click on the “Activate” button

- Follow the prompts to log in and Grant Access

- Once successfully integrated, you’ll see a green “Connected” icon
Playbooks
There are two different ways to use this integration in your Playbooks! You can easily send your email as a Template or send your entire Playbook to use as an Action Plan.
You’ll need to set up your integration first to see these options.
- Individual emails - On the steps where you are sending an email, click the blue “Take Action” button on the right-hand side.

- In the pop-up window, you’ll see “Send to CRM.” This will populate the email as a template in Follow Up Boss. Once you click “Send to CRM,” open your Follow-Up Boss account and select this from your Templates.

- You can also choose to select “Copy Email” and then “Copy for Follow-Up Boss” from the drop-down menu. You’ll see a green message pop-up in the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Once this is done, loading, you can head over to Follow Up Boss in a separate window and paste into the email you’re creating – you’ll see the copied email paste over with the appropriate fields for names, your phone number, etc.
- Action Plan - Sending your Playbook to your Action Plan will allow you to create your Action Plan as an Automation in Follow-Up Boss. To send your Playbooks to your Action Plan, click on the “Open in Follow-Up Boss” button in the top right-hand corner.

- You can then navigate to your Follow-Up Boss account and find your Playbook listed under Admin > Actions. This will default to be marked as “Off.” When you are ready to start using, be sure to turn this “On.”

- In your Action Plan, you’ll find the Tag you’ll need to apply to your contacts to run the Action Plan. If you have a list of contacts in the Follow Up Boss account to use for this Playbook, you can apply the tag to this list.
Once you've added your Playbook as an Action Plan, do not delete the automation; it will not run if you create another Action Plan for this Playbook.
The Action Plans will send the scheduled emails through your Follow Up Boss account. Tasks like sharing a Graphic or recording a RealTalk video will be done from your KCM Membership.
Email Builder

- First, create your Email by using the Pre-Built or Select Your Own Templates.

- Once your email is created, you’ll see the “Send to CRM” button at the top of the page. Click this option.
- Now, when you go to create an email in your Follow Up Boss account, you can select the email you created from your Templates!
