Selecting Your Market:
You can select your market by searching for your city, county, CBSA, or zip code to create visuals based on your area.
- Select your area by searching for your city, county, CBSA, or zip code
- Edit the zip codes in your search by selecting “Modify Zips.”
- Name your market to personalize your local visuals.
- Tip: You can search and save multiple local markets.
Customizing and Sharing Your Visuals:
Once you select the market for your visuals, you are ready to customize and share!
- You can change the Metrics that you see pinned by selecting “Edit Pinned Metrics”.
- To see your Visuals associated with your pinned metrics you’ll just click on the metric that you’d like to view.
- You have the option to choose the format of your local visuals. The format is defaulted to 16:9.
- You can select the “National Trend Line” option to compare your local market to the national market.
- Once you've selected an individual local visual, click on the visual itself to find options to Customize or Share
- The Customize option will allow you to add your Personalization to your visual.
- The Share option will give you the option to share to social media or download the visuals to your device as images.
GraphicBuilder
GraphicBuilder allows you to create custom graphics in minutes to showcase your expertise and help people understand what’s happening in your local market.
- First, you’ll select the metric you would like to use to create your Graphic from your Pinned Metrics
- To the right of your selected Graphic, you’ll see “Create a Graphic” with some suggestions you can use to start your Graphic
- Once in the GraphicBuilder to the right of your Graphic, you’ll see the Customization options that allow you to make your Graphic your own!
- Change Template-you’ll have 10 templates available to choose from.
- Change Image-here you’ll be able to switch to another one of our images or use your own.
- Change Text-want to change the text or fonts? Here you can edit the wording on your social post.
- Change Branding- Here’s where you can add your logo and change the branding colors of the template.
After you’ve made all of your changes to your Graphic, it’s ready to share! You'll see the share option to share to social media, or the Download option to download and save the visual.
