How to Upgrade or Downgrade your Membership

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your Membership at any time on the Subscription page within your Member Area!  Here you will see a green button “Change Subscription Plan” which will allow you to select the option to upgrade your Membership.

  • When upgrading, you will see a prorated charge process for your new features until your next bill date. Your bill date will remain the same as the prorated charge will cover the upgrade from your current plan.
  • Downgrading will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.

On the KCM Mobile App, you can view your KCM Membership Plan level within the settings of your KCM Mobile App and upgrade or downgrade your KCM Membership.

Please note annual KCM Membership Plans do not provide the option to downgrade or upgrade your KCM Membership before your annual bill cycle ends.
