You can easily update your account information at any time! This allows you to update the information associated with your account but will not impact or change the Personalization that appears on your content.
- First, access “My Account” in your KCM Member Area. From here, you can edit the Basic Info section by selecting the green “Make Changes” button. Please be sure to select “Save Changes” when finished.
- If you need to change your password, you can type in and confirm a new password on this page.
- Please note - passwords must be 8 or more characters and must meet 3 of the following requirements: at least one number, one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one special character.
- Be sure to select the green “Change Password” button to save.
