How to Connect Your Social Media Accounts

With your KCM Membership, you can share KCM content to your social media platforms. Your KCM Member Area can be connected to Facebook Business, Instagram Business, LinkedIn, and X. 

To get connected, you’ll want to access the Integrations page of your KCM Member Area. Once logged in at, start by selecting “My Account” in the top right corner. From there, select the “Integrations” option in the menu. You’ll also be able to access this page through “Social” tab under “Account Settings.”

  • On the Integrations page, you’ll see sections for Social Sharing, Login, and External. 
  • To connect your social media pages, under Social Sharing, you’ll select the blue “Activate” button on the social media tile you wish to connect to. 
  • From there, please follow the pop-up prompt and be sure to accept the required permissions. 
  • Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up notification on the right side of your Member Area. You will then see “connected” on the bottom left corner of the social media tile.

Please note Instagram requires an Instagram Business account connected to a Facebook Business page to set up direct sharing from KCM. Additionally, LinkedIn requires reauthentication every 60 days.

  • To disconnect your social media pages, select the three dots on the top right corner of the specific social media tile and select “disconnect.”
