Your Buyer's Purchasing Power Graphic gives you the ability to share various Base Loan Amounts with your clients for an estimated Monthly Mortgage. This Graphic is dynamic and customizable! You are able to change the base loan amount as well as the color of the graphic, which you can then download, or share on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

How to Share your Buyer's Purchasing Power Graphic
To get started with this feature, you can choose “Resources” from the left navigation menu of your KCM Member Area homepage. You will see Tools featured at the top of this page. The "Buyer's Purchasing Power" is the first graphic at the top of the page.
How to Customize your Graphic:
Once you have selected the "Buyer's Purchasing Power" Graphic you will see the "Base Loan Amount" at the top of the Graphic. You can toggle the arrows to the right of the number to increase or decrease the Loan Amount. You can also type in your desired number into the box as well. You will see the monthly mortgage payment estimate automatically update.
** You do not need to add commas to the Loan Amount number only your desired number.
Changing the Color Settings of your Graphic:
Below the Graphic you will see "Color Settings". Within the color settings you have the option to change the color of text and the background of the Graphic. Click within the circles under each listed section, and a color wheel will then appear for you to select the color of your choosing.
How to Share your Buyer's Purchasing Power Graphic:
Once you have customized your graphic to your desired loan amount and color settings, you can use the options below the Graphic to download or share!
- The Download button will allows you to download and save your Customized Graphic! You can then use this in an email, share directly with clients, or use anywhere you'd like to share your message!
- The Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn buttons allow you to share to your social accounts using your connected pages.
- You can connect your social media accounts to your KCM Member Area on the Integrations page of your Member Area. Click here for an overview of the Integrations page and connecting your accounts!
