KCM Members have access to Buyer and Seller Guides (available in English and Spanish). These Guides can be found under the “Resources” section on the left-hand side of your Member Area.

Downloading the Guides:
Your Buyer and Seller Guides come ready to use with your branding and Personalization information!
- To download your Guides, you will want to select the “Download” option. Then, you will be able to save this file as a PDF on your computer.
- Tip – This option is great for printing to share at your open houses!
Editing the Guides:
You can further customize and edit your Guides to add in your local market information, photos, or formatting and colors.
- To further customize your Guides, you will want to select the green “Edit” button to edit your Guide in PowerPoint.
- Then, you will be able to save your newly customized Guide as PDF and upload it to your Personalization Profile under “Guides.”
Sharing the Guides:
Your Guides can be shared with your clients easily by using a link to access your Guides!
- The green “Share” button gives you the option to share your Lead Capture page for your Guides to social media.
- The blue “Email” button allows you to easily copy/paste your Guides into your email platform to send to your clients.
